It is subtly reflected in the caricature that a pathetic boy is being pulled into a smart phone by mobile games.
Meanwhile, three buge hands, representing all secotrs of society, the school and the family, are exerting every effort to pull the pitiful boy back from the cell phone.
It is apparent that the intention of the cartoonist is to illustrate the utmost importance should be attached to mobile games.

The probles that mobile games have brought deserve our serious concern.
First and foremost, the most serious harm of cell phone games comes from their contents, which may affect children’s mental fitness.
The majority of games involve violence, such as fighting and killing.
To win or kill their opponents, children are permitted to use various weapons like guns, knives and bombs.
Many students who play online games are so influenced by the games they play online that they transfer their virtual characters into the real world.
What is more, being indulged in cell phone games also does harm to children’s physical health.
The radiaton from the computer can arouse many uncomfortable feelings, like a headache, poor eyesight and even losing hair.

Of course, it is not the end of the story.
Being indulged in smart phone games also affects children’s study and their communication with others.
The online gaming world is an opportunity to seclude oneself from real problems, and students who have a lot of learning problems will find that sense of freedom in games.
They are so involved in the game that they lose their sense of reality and cut themselves off from society. This leads to the absence of real human friends, the inability to be real and solve real problems, to communicate, and to be involved in society.
All these facts indicate that it is time for us to manage and control smart phone games by the whole society.

As is symbolically illustrated in the cartoon, wearing a white gown and a stethoscope, a doctor is holding a medical record and speaking to his patient in a ward of a hospital.
Apparently, the intended meaning of the drawing is that people are doing less and less exercises now, which is not a piece of good news for their health.

There are numerous ways of keeping fit.
First and foremost, it is most effective to do physical exercises.
People respectively choose jogging, playing basketball, swimming, skating, climbing or riding as their regular exercises because exercises never fial to make us stronger and more energetic.
Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.
Moreover, we should put great emphasis on forming good habits. A balanced diet and sufficient sleep are both indispensable to physical fitness.
Eat a combination of different foods, including fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains.
By eating healthy, you will reduce your risk of many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer.
What’s more, mental health should also be taken seriously.
Especially in adversity, we need to maintain an optimistic mentality to pull through life’s pain and sorrow, twists and turns.

As far as I am concerned, I have a peculiar interest in jogging.
An hour’s exercise everyday usually makes me feel healthier and more vigorous.
Besides, I never touch any cigarette or wine, neither do I stay up late.
Instead, I keep balanced diet and go to bed before 12 o’clock at night, because I believe burning the midnight oil is harmful to health.
More importantly, an optimistic attitude toward life makes me confident and persistent.
Making healthy choices isn’t always easy, It can be hard to find the time and energy to exercise regularly or prepare healthy meals.
However, my efforts will pay off in many ways, and for the rest of my life.
To sum up, all these practices guarantee a healthy body and a happy life.
